Job Description

The Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist will be responsible for the reconciliation of customer accounts and assistance in. This position collects on receivable balances, reconciles customer accounts and maintains accurate records of such reconciliation.

• Review accounts receivable aging and reconcile accounts
• Accounts Payables: Entering debit and credit information, check processing, and matching payments to invoices; data entry invoices, prints checks
• Review weekly reports and address any issues as needed
• Work closely with Sales team to resolve customer disputes
• Work on projects assigned by management team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
