Job Description

This is a high level Accounting position and will actively support standardizing the expanding global forecasting and reporting requirements of the accounting team and company including providing financial support, preparing ad hoc requests, and implementing budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide financial support to the divisions during the monthly close and annual budget process.
• Develop and track key performance metrics by division and/or project.
• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in the creation of reporting requirements and needs of equity investors.
• Performing ad hoc reporting as requested.
• Actively participate in the development of system enhancements and new capabilities.
• Develop standardized global accounting policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance-This is a must for this position
• 3 + years’ experience in reporting and financial analysis
• Accounting/GAAP knowledge required
• Advance knowledge of MS Office (strong emphasis on Excel) required
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects combined with strong follow through skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
