Responsibilities:
MED-PASS, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that creates forms and reference tools for long-term care, hospice, home care and institutional pharmacies, is looking for an Account Coordinator. In this position, you will support the sales team for a specific market(s) and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. You will also be responsible for processing incoming orders, assisting customers with tracking and incident reporting, setting up and maintaining accounts. In addition, special projects may be assigned as needed. Therefore the ability to multitask and prioritize is essential.
Requirements:

• 4-5 years of customer service, help desk, or other business related experience preferred
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
• High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
