Job Summary:

Academy Program Skills Trainers will develop recreational players U9-U15 focusing on individuals using age-appropriate methods in conjunction with the Director of Coaching. Skills Trainers instruct our Academy players within the guidelines of Colorado Soccer Association and Colorado United.

Club Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Skills Trainers are in charge of conducting team training sessions throughout the week during the fall and spring seasons.

• Skills Trainers are in charge of conducting 75 minute training sessions 1-5 nights a week. Season training program length: 6-8 weeks.

• Skills Trainers are not required to coach during games.

• Skills Trainers are expected to be at the fields 30 minutes prior to each session and stay until all players are picked up.

• Skills Trainers can earn between $40-$60 per session depending on experience

• Additional work opportunities, such as camps, may be available.

Club Qualifications:

• Prior coaching experience is required while prior soccer knowledge and playing experience are highly encouraged.

• US Soccer, United Soccer Coaches or accredited licensure preferred.

• Completed Background check

• Completed Concussion Certification

• Completed SafeSport Certification

• First Aid/CPR Certification preferred
