The Academy for Campus Programs team is looking for a candidate to assist in supporting the planning for flawless implementation and execution of the Full Time New Hire Analyst and Associate Training Program. The program consists of 900+ new hires attending training in New York City for 2-6 weeks, depending upon their training track. During training, the new hires participate in orientation, classroom study, and social events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be onsite at training facility in New York for the duration of the program to assist with logistics and set up for the program on a daily basis
- Assist the program team with daily responsibilities of executing the program including: monitor attendance, hand out course materials, greet speakers, etc.
- Manage and analyze participant data using Excel, ensuring content is up-to-date and shared with the appropriate program contacts on a regular basis
- Assist with the coordination and set up of learning and social events including name badges and name tents throughout program
- Serve as classroom manager, ensuring a positive learning environment for participants, communicating with instructors and providing daily updates and reminders
- Greet and field questions from Analysts and Associates during program/activities, and oversee program mailbox ensuring timely response to participant questions
- Oversight and transportation of program materials
- General administrative duties (email, scan, copies, phone, etc.)
- Assist with other activities and team support as needed
Specific Skills or Competencies Required:
- Current college student with demonstrated academic success
- Willingness to learn and experience in MS-Office products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable speaking in front of large groups

Education and Experience:
- Actively pursuing undergraduate degree; minimum GPA of 3.0 / 4.0

- Available for early start times (7:00 a.m.) in Manhattan
- Available some weekends
- Lifting/moving of boxes
